I can appreciate that it was done well. Anymore it’s super rare to see an F&F style build which doesn’t look like it was painted with a broom and isn’t completely falling apart.

Yeah, I don’t want it, and it’s the worst Celica, but I don’t hate it either.

It’s pretty damn cohesive and well put together, more than I can say for most kits I see attached with double sided tape.

I think the last Gen Celica get’s too much hate by people who never drove them. Yes this is an extremely.. umm.. orange one. How ever having a bit of time behind the wheel of a GT-S I can say these things where awesome!

The 2zz was an amazing sub 2 liter engine. She rev’s and pulls to a screaming 8200 rpm and you could feel that cam lift kick in nicely too around 6500 rpm. they were light and you felt it when you where driving in a spirited manner. they handled very well, too well for a FWD car if you ask me.

I think people mostly get hung up on things like this when they think of the last gen Celica. It’s not like toyota helped that any with the action express factory kit. and the GT was not worthy to be on the same parking lot as a GT-S. So that doesn’t help because those were not that great, I’ll concede to that. With it’s lazy long throwing 5sp and wheezy anemic 1zz.

But that GT-S? she shines like a star for me to this day. Just fucking wish I could really drive one and and comfortable. Had to kick the shoes off to even drive it with out mashing all three peddles at once. ha
